Raphael Yen
B.AppSc (Architecture), B.Arch

Raphael is a registered architect in Victoria with more than 15 years of comprehensive architectural experience in the building industry and has worked for small to major large architectural practices in Melbourne. Raphael’s experience is predominantly in the residential sector, including individual residential, refurbishment and extension, unit developments (townhouses) and multi-storey apartments, ranging from senior lifestyle apartments to low/medium density apartments especially in Melbourne, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong.

Raphael has keen interest in sustainable design and is constantly exploring new ways to incorporate ESD initiatives into each project. He also has strong ability in collaboration with stakeholders and consultants to achieve clients’ aspirations.

Raphael is key to all aspects of project planning, client liaison and project delivery at RST architects.

Simon Wong
B.AppSc (Architecture), B.Arch. (Hons, First Class)

Simon has wide ranging experience of over 15 years in the field of architectural consultancy. Having worked in medium and large architectural practices in Singapore and Melbourne, his experience encompassed projects across Singapore, China, UK and Australia. Simon’s project involvement included sectors such as high rise residential, single dwelling residential, health, retail and mixed used development, in which he served at various capacities, particularly in the design aspects of the project delivery. Most notably, several projects for which he was responsible, garnered architectural accolades and commendations both locally and internationally.

Simon is a registered architect in the state of Victoria. At RST architects, Simon holds key responsibility for setting the wider design direction of the practice.

Timothy Yee
B.Arch. (Hons, First Class), Dean’s List 2002

Timothy has a vast portfolio, encompassing leisure, mixed-use, multi-residential, commercial, religious building, masterplanning, as well as in senior living and aged care developments. He has the ability to quickly develop a rapport with clients. He listens to their needs and translates those needs into economical and functional built solutions.

He is passionate about designing for the end user, and leads projects that positively influence the way people use and interact with the built environment. He believes in open, collaborative and personal approaches to design and practice. Continually striving to exceed expectation, Timothy is committed to a thorough design process that achieves the best outcome for the client and end user, as demonstrated in all his completed projects.

Dato’ Kevin Woo
B.Arch. (Hons) UNSW, APAM, RIBA, F.MIArb.F.CIArb
B. Juris (Hons), Diploma in Arbitration (UK)

Dato Kevin Woo, B. Arch (Hons) UNSW Aust, Diploma in Arbitration from the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK, RIBA, FCIArb, and FMIArb, currently Managing Director of KW Associate Architects Sdn. Bhd and a chartered arbitrator who specializes in construction law and arbitration. He is the immediate past President of the Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited arbitrator of Asia Pacific Regional Arbitrator Group (APRAG), Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Dato’ Kevin Woo has been appointed as a sole arbitrator and presided on arbitral tribunals on international and domestic arbitrations on construction and engineering disputes under UNCITRAL and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Arbitration Rules.

On the academic scene, Dato’ Kevin is an approved tutor of the Chartered Institure of Arbitrators, Design Juror for BAGS, Guest Lecturer at the International Islamic University of Malaysia on Law and Practice Arbitration.

In Addition, Dato’ Kevin Woo Sits on the Executive Council of the Justices of the Peace, Negeri Sembilan for the year 2015-2016.
